Hours of Operation:
 

Monday: 9am-1pm and 2pm-6pm
Tuesday: 8:30am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-5:30pm

Wednesday (telehealth): 8:30-11:30am*
Wednesday (in person): 12pm-5pm*
Thursday: 8:30am-12:30pm and 1pm-3:30pm
Friday-Sunday: CLOSED

 

*Starting May 7, Wednesdays in-person appointments will be available from 12pm-5pm at Office Evolution in Belmar, Lakewood (355 S Teller Street, Ste 200)

Payments:

Most commercial insurances are accepted and private pay. Please note we cannot
accept Medicaid or Medicare. Headway is our third-party biller—please allow 3-5 days to verify insurance before appointment is scheduled.

Existing Patients:

If you are a current patient and need a refill, please use the Spruce Health app and
request refills 5-7 days before needed. Please allow 72 business hours/3 business days for refills to be completed.


If you are having a mental health emergency or crisis, please call 911 or go to your
nearest emergency room/hospital.
